Cancellation fees will be charged at the following rates of the stay reserved.
From 20 days to 4 days before arrival: 50%
From 3 days before arrival: 100%
No-show: 100%

Important Notes

We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following rules:

– **Fire safety (strictly prohibited)**
– Fireworks within the property or outdoor areas
– Bringing in grills, stoves, or similar equipment
– Smoking indoors (smoking is permitted only in the designated terrace area)

– **Noise**
– Please refrain from making loud noise outdoors after 9:00 p.m.
– In the event of complaints from neighbors, you may be asked to leave the premises.

– **Guest admission**
– We offer an additional guest fee plan.
– If you wish to invite extra guests, please inform us of the number of people and the purpose of use at least 3 days in advance.

– **Illegal activities**
– Any activities violating the law such as drug use or gambling are strictly prohibited.

### Additional Cautions

– Wandering around the facility area under the influence of alcohol (especially the rocky seaside area) is extremely dangerous. Please take care not only for yourself but also remind your companions.

– Pets: Only one small dog is permitted (advance application required, additional fee ¥8,000).

– Please handle furniture and equipment with care. In case of damage or loss, actual repair/replacement costs may be charged.

– For safety reasons, please do not bring glass items into the pool area.
