Accommodation fees are basically paid in advance.
For any additional payments on the day, please pay in cash or by credit card.

In case of cancellation, the following fees will apply:
20 to 4 days before the stay: 50%
3 days before to the day of stay: 100%
No-show: 100%

Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions.
(However, in the event of a typhoon at warning level, or if major transportation is suspended and you are unable to come, no cancellation fee will be charged and a full refund will be provided.)

As this is a one-room-only facility, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Pet Policy
* Only one small dog is allowed to stay
* Meals are not provided, please bring your own
* Cage, toilet sheets, and food bowls are available, but please bring familiar items your pet is used to
* Pets must be indoor-trained, vaccinated against rabies within the past year, and must not have excessive barking or biting habits
* Damage or stains to the facility, furniture, or amenities caused by pets may result in charges
* The facility is not responsible for accidents (injury, death, theft, escape, etc.) involving pets

Important Rules

Fire Usage (Strictly Prohibited):
* Fireworks inside the facility or towards the sea from the terrace
* Bringing stoves, grills, or similar equipment
* Using candles inside the facility
* Smoking indoors (smoking only allowed in designated terrace areas)

Noise:
* Noise on the terrace after 9:00 PM is prohibited (complaints from neighbors will result in eviction)
* Fireworks on the beach late at night

Jacuzzi Usage:
* Swimwear must be worn when using the terrace jacuzzi

Guest Policy:
* Additional guest plan available: 5,000 yen per person (tax included), valid until 8:00 PM
* Must notify us at least 3 days in advance with number of guests and purpose
* Unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction of all parties
* Dining only or meetings only are not permitted

Illegal Activities:
* No illegal acts such as drug use or gambling

Additional Notes
* Always lock doors when leaving, even briefly (for security reasons)
* Do not wander near the seaside rocks while intoxicated — very dangerous
* Handle furniture and amenities with care; damage or loss may result in charges
